The honesty fridge, stocked with goodies, added a nice touch, allowing easy access to snacks and drinks when needed. Breakfast options covered a variety of tastes, ensuring there’s something for everyone’s palate.

The Standard Single Room's bathroom setup was less than ideal as it was located just outside the room, creating an inconvenient trip for a late-night visit. It was also a bit too small for comfort, and the shower unit had seen better days, making it less appealing for a relaxing wash.

Delightful stay with perfect breakfast

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and made to feel at home. The breakfast offerings were nothing short of spectacular, with everything from fresh fruit to a cooked English breakfast that was perfectly executed. We especially loved the honesty fridge, filled with delightful extras. Our spacious room was impeccably clean and had a nice big window letting in natural light for a cozy feel.

The only downside of our stay was that we had to leave too soon! Our time at Edendale House was so enjoyable that we wished for an extended getaway. it was difficult to find anything else to critique.

we had a super comfy stay at edendale house. the decor was really nice and reminded me of cozy times. breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, we loved the freshly cooked options. josie was such a great host, made us feel right at home. also, the location is quiet but close enough to walk to town, perfect!

the only downside was that we had to leave too soon! it woulda been great if parking was guaranteed since it can get busy outside.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the gluten-free options, and our room felt cozy and spotless. I enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden and appreciated the outside seating area for some fresh air. There was a slight delay at check-in, but it didn't ruin our fantastic stay at all. Can't wait to visit again! 😊

We had a blast staying here! Josie was super helpful and made our trip unforgettable. The breakfast options were top-notch, with everything from a full English to lighter fare. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring nearby parks and golf clubs. Definitely check out the tennis courts for some fun!

I did have a small hiccup with some taxi arrangements, which was a bit frustrating. But overall, it didn’t overshadow the great time we had.

WiFi connectivity was spotty during the stay. it worked intermittently, which could be frustrating if you’re trying to get online. The bathrooms in some rooms are on the small side, making maneuvering a bit cramped, and there was a minor detail of having no toilet roll holder, which might be inconvenient for some. I did notice that during breakfast, service was occasionally on the slower side, especially when the place got busy.

The spacious room and honesty fridge for snacks were fantastic during our stay!
